Young People Celebrate Women’s History

A student showcase, featuring an hour of drama, dance, music, and more by local children of various ages, to foster a collaborative recognition of Women's History, through the eyes of young people, and to celebrate local youth organizations, which empower girls and children of all gender identities, while enriching our community through the arts. Doors open at 3pm The show is followed by a brownie reception.

The Catskill Mountain Gamelan

The Catskill Mountain Gamelan presents a concert of Indonesian music, drumming and dance with guest artists Ageng Yustisiani Putri, a Sundanese classical dancer, and her husband Edward Garcia (drummer), who is recently returned from a music fellowship studying in West Java. Together with the Catskill Mountain Gamelan, they will be performing Indonesian classical dance, including tari topeng (masked dance) and song, featuring female singers and dancers.
