ASK invites you to a party / presentation on Sunday, August 25th from 1 to 3 pm to hear about one small step you could take: ASK and Solstice are partnering to offer the opportunity to switch your electric energy provider to a solar photovoltaic farm located in Ellenville, right here in Ulster County. All the details will be discussed, and your questions answered, at this presentation, and you can sign on to this community solar energy project then, or later after you consider the options.
Solstice is not only committed to sustainability in an ecological sense, but also for the communities in which they operate. For every ASK member who signs on to community solar through this initiative, Solstice will provide ASK with a $200 donation. Another local not-for-profit has already raised over $6,000 via membership participation in this program. By enrolling, you’ll be going solar and supporting a greener Hudson Valley environment. Bring your utility bill to the barbecue to earn a $150 visa cash card when you sign up, in addition to the $200 donated to ASK!
