Though labyrinths are all around us in world mythology, literature, and films, as well as in their physical presence in spiritual and community settings, you may not be aware of what labyrinths are and why they are so universal and powerful. Labyrinths can serve as metaphors for our life journey and as a tool that support meditation, creativity and insight.
In this workshop from member Terry Murray, you will be introduced to labyrinths – their history and their use as sacred and secular metaphors and tools. You will also have the opportunity to walk an indoor labyrinth and reflect on this experience and its applications to your life.
Saturday, October 19, 2pm. Free.
